Group Reformer Pilates
This class introduces and focuses on the basic cues and movements of Pilates.
Here you will learn to locate, thus focus on, specific muscle groups through an ever changing series of exercises. With use of Reformers, towers, chairs, mats, balls and maybe even a few bells and whistles, there is no way to get around optimizing your body's capabilities! Feel better, look better, move better...and grooving is always an option.
These fun and challenging classes take you beyond the basics of Reformer Pilates. By adding advanced moves and routines, differing breathing techniques, and utilizing conditioned core strength, your abilities will be taken to the next level...continually.
