Cardio Circuits include an increased amount of cardiovascular conditioning and enhanced calorie burn as compared to Gravity Training. Cardio Gravity is a total body workout combining muscle definition, cardio enhancement and metabolism altering exercises on, and off our machines. Despite the intensity level, our instructors continue to focus on minimizing joint stress and overuse and maximizing strengthening, breathing and quality exercises, once again leading to the best results in the least amount of time.
